I've been having problems with stamina lately. I'd get cramps when I walk or when I do any outdoor activities. Last year, in my school, my p.e. class was tested on stamina and speed. The test was to run around a track within 12 minutes. Last year I got 6.5 laps but earlier this year I got 5 laps which was a c-. I was really upset because my goal for the school year was to get more laps than the previous year.
