Sparky: 1st; only the last forum works. Anyways, you don't HAVE TO count calories (unless you enjoy doing so)! First cut out all MAMMALS' FLESH (red meat, beef, pork, etc. ANYTHING THAT WALKS THE EARTH ON ALL 4's) THEN engage in dojo routines 3X (or more!) per week REPLETE with taisos and exercises, warm ups and preliminaries. You're on your way to weight-reduction!

Whoa rimrag. I was just trying to give some people who are interested in losing weight a little insight on what it takes and where exactly all the food comes from.

And what was that about cutting all the red meats? Where does this come into play? It might be a little healthier for you but I can almost guaruntee it is not a necessary part of weight loss. To lose weight you do have to eat healthier and exercise more. These sites just show everyone what to do and what to eat in order to do so.

So next time lay off a little bit and preach to someone else about KILLING OUR BROTHERS. I could care less, I'm still gonna cut into that juicy leg of lamb and scarf down my beef jerky, because I enjoy it.

Rimrag: From "leg of lamb" to leg of MAN it's only one step. Mammals are NOT stupid. They KNOW what's going to happen to them at the threshold to the next world. Their terror, their curses, their sufferings translate into all the diseases of humanity. Mammals are TOO CLOSE to humans in evolutionary terms to justify inclusion in our diet. The killer of the cow, the person who drags the animal to the market, the purchaser, the cook and the eater all equally share in the guilt for the demise of an innocent life.
