HI i am a 12 year old boy that wieghs 100 lbs.I just sighned up for football.all my friends tell me i am very fast and i am good at driving people past the line.I am probably gonna play defensive line.but i want to be ripped and really strong.wat workout should i do and how many reps?HOw many grams of protein do i need?

At 12 years old I wouldn't bother with weights, you will probably better off doing body weight exercises - you can still be a monster with body weight exercises.

I bet you can't do 25 wide grip chin ups, 10 hand stand push ups, 500 hindu squats and 100 hindu pushups + a 3 minute neck bridge?

That wasn't attitude, Drew. UKFF was making a point that bodyweight exercises alone can make you strong and condition your muscles.
