Im 16 and have a very fast metabolism and and do Jeet Kune Do. Im interested in becoming as strong as possible with as little bulk as possible. My problem is that evenb though i dont do weights i seem to be bulking up in terms of muscle. Does anybody have any advice on the best kind of diet and food for best energy without gaining mass.

Even if you know about more radical diets plz let me know

Don't worry about gaining mass--lean muscle is your friend, and always will be. Despite some old-school myths, a martial artist can be big, strong, flexiible, AND fast.
SPeaking of JKD, take a look at Bruce Lee. He was a pioneer as far as strength training for martial artists.
Just eat clean, eat lots, and train hard.
