roninmonk Newbie Registered: 07/11/03 Posts: 24 Loc: Anderson IN	dit dot jow's can be very effective if they are prepared and used properly. they should come in three stages a b and c. a and b should be rub on the skin one after another then c should be injested. if done in conjuction with proper training and meditation you could and will develope an iron body

IRONMAN Member Registered: 04/28/03 Posts: 68 Loc: STATEN ISLAND, NY, UNITED STAT...	i to train in kung fu. when i started kung fu i found out it was really "hard core" with the contact. we condition our arms and shins by banging them with another partner and after we use dit dot jaw. when i use the jaw i dont bruise and when i dont i get big painfull bruises. "i believe it works"
