Just finished a great book that touched on many very pertinent topics related to martial arts. In his book Craig Krohn covers structure and attitudes that combine to improves ones arts. Mr.Krohn, having dan ranks in Kei Shin kan karate and Aikido has a wealth of knowledge to share and he presents it in an easy to read format.
Having attended two of his seminars I was anxious to read his book. I wasn't let down. His chapters on punching alone are worth the price of the book.
This book covers a great deal of the mental aspects and attitudes needed to become a well rounded martial artist.
I highly recommend this book and one can find it on Amazon.
