Due to the influx of Spammers on the forum over the last few days, can we make it that "New" members have to have their posts authorised before it shows on the forum. Also say 30 posts before URL's are allowed to be added to the posts
I know this is how they prevent Spammers in other forums I on.

Another thing that can be done is to prevent Copy and Paste actions for the first 25 posts etc. Also why don't we display Spammers IP addresses as their full details can be found from these for all to see

Forgive me. I came a little late to the internet party. What is an IP number? An IP Address is specific to your computer, just like your Address/PostCode or Zip Code. It maps via your Internet suplier and this is how those horrible people who keep Photos etc of nasty things we dcn't want to mention are tracked by the police

OK, I have created a new group called, "Newbies".
Posts and topics created by Newbies must use CAPTCHA, and their posts must be approved by a Moderator before they will be posted.
After five successful posts, Newbies become regular Users.
I'm going to create a new account to test this, and make sure I did it right. :-)
