Leo_E_49 Professional Poster Registered: 02/24/05 Posts: 4115 Loc: California	Something that's surprised me about Judo since I started is that I'm getting a permanent bruise on the left of my chest. I'm pretty sure that it's from people gripping my lapel and their knuckles rubbing/pressing against me there. Prizewriter Professional Poster Registered: 10/23/05 Posts: 2546	I've never noticed it myself Leo, although I did get bruises in various places and would get friction burns about the neck. Something which helped me a bit was getting a rashguard to wear under my gi, Leo.
