Repetitive motions are memorized in your muscles and gives you better form the more you do it correct? well my bags weight droops to the bottom of the bag so I cant hit the top part (above my head) because its not solid. Would throwing hundreds of good form punches at the middle of the bag be enough to get neuromuscular memory for throwing the same punch but higher up on the actual target?

Especially since I shadow box a lot and whenever i shadow box i punch as if I were fighting someone taller than me. So that would give me more memory to punch high?

Yes and No. The punching motion is very similar physically no matter what the target; I think the subconscious target select is a minor consideration.
