MODS! Please forgive the double posting, but I felt many members who aren't sword artists might not read the sword column but might still be interested! Sword master and fight arranger Bob Anderson has died. He had a great influence in cinema, he worked on everything from LOTR movies to Highlander to The Princess Bride (which had some of the best sword fights I've ever seen).
He wasn't well known outside of the film industry, but most people are bound to have come across his work at some point. He will live on through the great work he did. I've heard him mentioned by actors in different interviews over the years, and they all had only good things to say about him.
