I've been using the ball more than two years now, and I feel that it has helped me immensely for Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.
I just wonder now if there are other martial arts where similar benefit can be attained from its use.

I'm pretty sure the lack of interest comes from the lack of a thought out question.
Any increase in your core strength will benefit any martial art you may practice.
On the excercise part they are great also great for sitting on if you work sitting and find yourself developing back problems.
