Hey guys, figured I would stick my head back in for a bit and check out what is going on. I havent been on line here for a while due to...oh hell, I guess just life getting in the way. I havent trained for close to 2 years now formally but have been recently trying to regain my flex, stamina, and some of my lost speed. I am hoping to pick up where I left off and hope that some of my old forum buddies are still here and still remember me. And, if there is any interest in a story probably long forgotten, I will finally finish "A Tale of Fighting Arts". Good to be back. See you again soon.

Gone for 2 years and he still has 400 more posts than I do! Welcome back razor. Can you believe that its 2 1/2 years since my visit down at your dojang with Matt? Did you stop training soon after that? Send me a PM so we can catch up. Welcome back!

I do my best to train on my own. Try to stretch and stay flexible, watch my vids and try new techniques. I have been trying to get more Chin Na in and I am checking out a local Hapkido school. What can I say, love my Korean Arts. Moo Duk Kwan, TKD. And maybe Hapkido. Ok, fine, the Chin Na is Chinese but always been a fan of Chinese footwork and Chinese weapons (Yang spear is the shiznik buwooooooooy!). Ahem...sorry, got a little excited. Hey, how many of the old gang are still here and is there any interest in me finishing my story, A Tale of Fighting Arts?

First time I've poked my head in here in months, and my long-lost Foot brother is back! Hey, as to the Chinese vs. Korean vs. Okinawan - it's all good, George.
