Is there any suggestions of how I should train?
-I need to learn a more powerful punch, in a combo of course .
-My right knee is weak thanks to my torn legitimate. So I do have powerful kicks, but if I kick with my right leg at the wrong angel, dislocation.
-I need to make my left kick stronger.

I know what you mean, tearing your "legitimate" is really bad. I got 2 bad knees know, 2nd one I tore the tendons/ligaments almost 3 weeks ago and the pain at times is immense. My other knee is just clicky from when I broke it as a teenager and wrong technique for stances and kicking in my Traditional Arts. Kenny, do you have access to a heavy bag? That is a great way to train for power in your strikes.

Be careful with wrist and ankle weights. They put a lot of stress on your elbows and knees which will come back to bite you after 10-15 years. That may not sound like a big deal, but believe me when I tell you that it sucks to have joint issues in your 30's or 40's (I'm 42). Get a heavy bag and you'll be fine.
