He does have a decent record, but to be honest the British and Irish MMA circuit is still very much in its infancy, so the quality of the fighters is pretty variable.

Big Oli looks in decent shape for MMA, he's clearly done the necessary work to transition from Strongman to MMA. He seemed to telegraph his takedowns a wee bit though.

As an aside, in the youtube click on the link his opponent was Mark Potter. Is that the same Mark Potter who was a professional heavyweight boxer and lost an extrodinary match against Danny Williams (Danny Williams being a boxer who KO'd Mike Tyson and fought for Vitali Klitschko for the world heavyweight championship)???
