I'm here from time to time, but it has grown quiet.

On a personal note, I am now working out in a very alive type school with no Kata or stance work or anything one might call "dead" training. I freaking love it!

I do think it's a bit too stripped down, I'd love to see a required class in stances, theory and the other "real meat" the TMA training has to offer. The students who have never trained that way are missing something vital IMO, but the value of alive training cannot be over hyped.
