By signing up for this event, you are agreeing to the following cancellation policy.
75% of the full amount paid will be returned if cancelled by 90 days of event
50% of the full amount paid will be returned if cancelled by 60 days of event
25% of the full amount paid will be returned if cancelled by 30 days of event
0% of the full amount paid will be returned if cancelled by 15 days of event

No Frills Low Budget Option: Stay at the Ultimate Gym: $20 per night per person. Camp out at the gym or bring a tent for the Gym yard. It has showers and is in walking distance to many restaurants. Bring a sleeping bag, pad, bath towel, etc.

Friday night get together: This is nothing formal just a meeting place for those that want to get together to enjoy each others company and grab a drink and a meal. A local restaurant, Boudreaux’s Louisiana Kitchen, 501 East 36th Street (right around the corner from the Gym) has offered their private back room. You will have full access to their menu and the bar will be staffed. The food is always great at Boudreaux’s and the prices are very reasonable.

Saturday Event: Southern style picnic/bar-b-que, catered at the Ultimate Gym. For those attending all 3 days the price of the Saturday evening event is included, for all others this event costs $30/person. Sweet tea will be provided (adult beverages are BYOB).

Dress: Comfortable clothing and shoes you do not mind getting stepped on. Might be cool /might be hot, plan for both.

Additional Items to bring: This time of year the weather is generally very nice but it could get warm so it is best to bring extra clothing and water. Apples, oranges, etc will be provided at breaks but an extra power bar is a good thing to bring.
