There's a *small* bit of truth to this. If your growth was stunted due to poor nutrition, you may gain height with better nutrition. But you can't make your long bones grow longer that way if they are finished growing. There's only one way to do it, a very medieval surgery that is unfortunately gaining popularity in some countries.

Ridiculous thread, obviously somebody trolling. Height is determined by genetics. Like Kathryn has pointed out, one's growth can be stunted but rarely can that be recovered especially once you are older.
I would love to be 5'10" but that is not going to happen. I was already taller them my father, mother and older sister; though shorter then my younger brother. Again, that is all genetics.

No, it is real Cord. If you eat long things you will get taller. Instead of just eating the bushy part of the broccoli, eat the stock too. The longer the carrot the better. Celery, again eat the whole thing. Never cut up your vegetables. Licorice is also a way to get taller. Hard to believe but it is true.
