Bodyweightculture is a great site, I like the guy who makes vids for them. That new ladder-rope looking thing they're marketing for doing stuff on is also interesting.

If you like bodyweight training then I recommend checking out John Gills site. http://www.johngill.net/ He invented bouldering. His site is full of intelligent writings about fascinating and little known subjects.
Another website I like, which has a lot of REALLY old school training info is www.sandowplus.co.uk
