If budget isn't a problem, it might be worth your while to hire a dietician who specializes in athletes.

You really havent given enough detail. What training are you doing? what goals do you have?

At 15 years old, the best thing to do is to cut out processed and convenience foods, limit the amount of soda's and puddings you indulge in, and eat good home cooked meals, with plenty of veg and fruit.

If you eat natural foods, and keep yourself active, then your body will sort itself out. You are still very young, so as it stands, you should not be in such a hurry, and also, your body will go through huge changes over the next 3-5 years as you reach full maturity, so now is not the time to deprive or starve it.

yes but what exercises are you doing? and when? sets? reps? what equipment to you have? nature of cardio?

How you eat and how you train are interlinked, so a more specific answer requires more specific information

not to judge here but how is Ramen and ice cream pretty ogranic?

Ramen is like the worse food to eat if you want to show your abs.

Just keep doing what you're doing but cut down on ramen as they are very high in sodium, high in monosodium glutamate (MSG) and our body don't react well to it. Also, be active and avoid being "very lazy the days in between".
