Greetings, been awhile since my last post.
I have moved to Hoboken NJ and will be working in Midtown Manhattan.
Can anyone recommend to me a reasonably priced Martial Arts school? (Karate, BJJ, Jujitsu, Krav Maga) I am even interested in groups that meet at a YMCA for example.
I am very turned off by 'mc-dojos' or cookie cutter schools that are just around to make money and sell t-shirts, rather than teach skill. So please keep this in mind with your recommendation.
Thank you very much,
Mike (p.s. I'm 26 and have 2 yrs Karate and 2 yrs TKD experience)

Hello Mike:
Its a difficult question, unfortunately I do not know anyplace specific for you.
It will be a question of "fit". You will like the presentation of the art, the instructors specific emphasis the gist of how they conduct their classes or you will not play well together for very long!
What would you like to reasonably pay for your classes? More importantly what will be a good sign(s), indications positive or negatively, one way or the other?
What skill, in ~long term~ do you seek? How will you know they teach it? Jeff
