I don't know if this is the right place for this, I know there were posts about Tibetan yoga on the Interal Forum, and of course this deals with body mechanics and stretching too. However, it does deal a lot with the history and philosophy behind the movements (there is quite a bit about Tibetan Buddhism for example), so I reckoned here was as good as place as any.
Well worth a watch for anyone interested in Tibet, History, body control/health.
