Hello all, this is my first post I am new to this site. I just want to say this site is great and the people here seem very friendly.

Now to the point. I have recently been explain an "Iron Claw" technique. The training method is to actually rip tear and crush tree bark with your bare hands to eventually harden your hand to rip flesh (not my intention). But i would like to know, has anyone practiced/mastered this technique? What training advice could u give me? Have u ever had to use it in actual combat?

I read somewhere that Ninjas in old times would practice this art. Thanks in advance

Loc: The Matrix, Serif is Teacher

Probably similar to a wushu form for Eagle Claw, not the form itself, the hand shape and intended use of the hand for this...

*I dont know your age-under 19 NONONO
**Intent, Eagle Claw training resources I can guide you to, but this type of hand strengthening and speed of clenching requires a Competent Instructor...I'll mention why in a sec
***Or Resources to traditional Oriental Medicine (Acupuncture, herbal soaks, diet, etc.)--This gets 3*'s as to importance, some of the training stresses or even damages not only Fingers (Cardiac and Pericardium Meridians are potentially damaged AS well as Lung/Lg and Sm Intestine even a Triple Burner...ya dont want to do this unless under the care of a OMD hopefully they know some Qi Gong to show you...Stagnant or Reversing Chi at any of these and you wake up impotent

OK-Eagle Claw is a variant/part of a mass of Traditional Chinese MA generally called Chin-Na...Literally a compilation of techniques to: Separate Bone from Bone, ligament from bone (kinda goes hand in hand), ""separate Muscle from muscle and muscle from Bone (Eagle Claw falls in chin-na here but shows up in a variety of techniques... if you dont know why I break tree limbs off best i can or pick and pluck a leaf, then another etc. here are two examples and this training will occupy you for a lifetime, or shorten it

1.) The Sternoclidomastoid is a head support muscle...base of skull to a tendon connection base of ant neck (Manubrium). When hands are fast and strong enough the goal is to tear this muscle either from its tendon or the whole sheebang off the bone. Head flops to affected side....

2.)Same but harder...triceps, lats from shoulder blade/spineous attachments, Sartorious muscle in leg.

3.) face/groin any loose flesh

If you want, after this, to continue, there are training tools on line, but YOU NEED A teacher and Acupuncturist

let others comment, plz, I think this is a slippery slope.

-Karl. Peace.
do not try to spork the post, for that is impossible, only realize there is no post to spork

Should you really be describing these techs here on this site for anyone who may be aggressive / unbalanced to try on ppl? Not too sure your sensei / sifu would be too cool with that...

Just saying.
