How about efficiency.Efficiency means you need less strength, less power and less speed to accomplish a greater result.
The older you get the more sense this makes.

I wonder if the smaller you are, the more this makes sense as well against a larger opponent. Also, if you're on your own against multiple attackers, efficiency would be critical. Power and speed, of course, but efficiency too.
