Pretty serious workout for the hands and forearms if you're not use to it. Maybe I'll post a video when I'm a little better than completely horrible.

lmao...Cord, your a funny guy. Yea, i would love to be able to do that, but to be quite honest, i havent got enough time to dedicate to that as well as all the other things i do lol take care, Neo.

I've been juggling off and on since the third grade. This past fall I wanted to start back up at it. I am decent at balls and clubs, and fairly crappy with rings. It's a fun hobby, good for the brain and showing off.
