Hey All!!

First of all sorry if I have posted on the wrong site or in the wrong place but I am running out of ideas of who to ask for advice!!

I was just wondering if there is anyone else out there that has had problems with orders from King of Swords??

I placed an order on the 12th Sept which I never received and was told the item was out of stock. I cancelled the order on the 20th Oct with the promise of a refund which to date I have never received. The order was a total of $106.90, I have sent numerous emails chasing the refund with no joy!!

If anyone can offer some advice on how to get my money back or who I can complain to I would greatly appreciate it!! Thanxxxxx

My advice, if you pay on credit card I would contest the purchase to get a refund from the credit company. Apparently the better business bureau is no help for these guys...

All you can do is complain.
File a complaint with the BBB and with your credit card provider.
Also, keep calling and bug them about it. But also, in order to protect your rights, laws may require you do put complaints in writing. It usually says this in credit card contracts.

I see you are new here and joined to make this post.
Next time, come to the forum and ask questions first. You will get many good recommendations on where to buy equipment.

These types of situations can also be avoided by consulting with your teacher. If you don't have a teacher, get one before the next post we read is about how you cut your fingers off.

Sorry to hear you got taken, but I really have little to offer that the others haven't already said.

That and a warning to others. This is definitely a case of Buyer Beware. You should never order a sword from a site you know nothing about. A search of this or most any of the other JSA forums, would have turned up warnings about this place. If a search for existing posts turn up nothing, a simple forum post is usually enough to turn up some good advice.

i had the same problem with them they kept telling me the sword i ordered was stuck in customs i finally had to go to the attorney generals office in my state which got me my refund almost the same day they sent the letter. i would say thats your best bet turn them into the attorney generals office they will send them a letter and boom your refund will be there
