flgator Newbie Registered: 08/23/05 Posts: 16 Loc: Jacksonville, FL	I'm interested in training some in boxing. I have a few willing friends but no gym in my area. Can anyone recommend any DVDs to help learn from?

Taison The Forum Dragon Professional Poster Registered: 09/06/05 Posts: 3629 Loc: BKK, Thailand	Sorry, Find a qualified instructor. Boxing can't be taught using DVD's without proper guidance. You wouldn't know what you were doing unless you've got background in some other arts. (2 weeks in Aerobic kickboxing does not count as background. I'd say BB in a striking art would be more like it). Use the search functions and welcome to my domain. -Taison out _________________________ I got two fists.. Don't make me use my head as well!
