Lots of techniques, broken down into different sections (clinch, using the ring, ground positions and submissions, etc). Good detail in the techique descriptions, and photographed from multiple angles, so understanding the progression of each move is good. As Brian wrote, the techniques vary from basic to pretty advanced. I did note some printing errors on a few pages (offset color plates and text), but that is not BJ's fault.
