I don't know about that Brian. Yamaguchi IS the creator of Japanese Goju. Goju from his line is no more okinawan that Shotokan karate is. Not that there's anything wrong with it being from the Japanese Goju line.

Brian, is this how you handle all posts which contradict what you believe to be the truth? Who cares what is okinawan and what is japanese. The bottom line is does it work? Now if we are attempting to describe different arts it is important to understand where they come from and how they came about. Is it just that what you say can't be questioned, or is there some deeper issues which causes you to respond this way? It seems that it is almost impossible to have a mature conversation with you.

Brian, look at any recent kata/ground fighting thread and you will see how I respond to being questioned. You and your buddy Ed did so to almost every post I made. But it seems you can't take as good as you give.
