You aren't even a karate guy, so how would you know? Oh, that's right, you weigh 109kilos.

No Brian I am a karate guy. Well at least I can see what
the guy used in his MMA bouts. Basic but effective.
I see technical questions arent being answered as usual. From some karate guys?

Did you find the age uke as part of the sequence that lead to a K/O on the first video?

Ah you have your own kata in American goju? I thought the kata were the same?
Just been looking at some videos. I Like some of the stuff.
Realistic. Who created them Peter Urban?

Any way that will be another thread I suppose.

The kata I practice are 3 from the Taikyoku series, Sanchin, Seiunchin, sanseru, one bo kata, and tensho. there is a difference also between USA Goju and American Goju. It's all from Yamaguchi/ Miyagi and is therefore Okinawan.

Are you talking about the Franklin and Machida fight?

I don't know about that Brian. Yamaguchi IS the creator of Japanese Goju. Goju from his line is no more okinawan that Shotokan karate is. Not that there's anything wrong with it being from the Japanese Goju line.

So sorry. I didn't mean to link my school in with the 'elite'.

I guess Yamaguchi threw out everything he learned beforehand.

Brian, is this how you handle all posts which contradict what you believe to be the truth? Who cares what is okinawan and what is japanese. The bottom line is does it work? Now if we are attempting to describe different arts it is important to understand where they come from and how they came about. Is it just that what you say can't be questioned, or is there some deeper issues which causes you to respond this way? It seems that it is almost impossible to have a mature conversation with you.

Apparently jude cares. I don't give a rats ass. He is questioning me about it.

That certainly is!

No, not really. I can describe what we do without bringing up any history.

Obviously it can be questioned. Jude and yourself seem to question my training/lineage in just about every post. Yes, I have deep issues, but look in the mirror brother. How would you respond to the things you say to me?

You make posts like this and then question my maturity, lol.

Brian, look at any recent kata/ground fighting thread and you will see how I respond to being questioned. You and your buddy Ed did so to almost every post I made. But it seems you can't take as good as you give.
