there are a few that i like, of course i don't grapple or any of that.. there is one under the ear.. hurts like hell.. then there is one, in betw the bone, near your chin and neck, and then another, under the nose.. not sure how these would work in a grappling situation, but they are very good for compliance situations..

The head. Hit it really hard. Specifically, the chin/jaw.

I like the point, I believe it is a Large Intestine point, on the lower arm, close to the elbow. It's good to get at with a block. (I believe there are several points concentrated at that spot.)
A John BTW that was Dutch.

I like ST-5, the knockout button on the jaw; or ST-9 the carotid sinus in the neck area. No magic or mumbo jumbo, just hit it.

I am partial to both those spots as well. But theres also that nerve that runs the length of your leg on the inside. You can knifehand the point where the leg connects to the groin, knuckle strike inside the thigh, grind the inside of the knee (that one requires a back and forth rub to activate) and then the nerve runs all the way down the inside of the lower leg. I like to attack the inside of the knee with an elbow (really the ulna midway between the wrist and elbow) and run it all the way down to end up just above the knob on the ankle. Much pain all the way down. Of course the one I've gotten most in sparring/live drills is the knee to the outside of the thigh right in between the quads and hams mid thigh. As soon as someone makes the mistake of turning that front foot in too much and getting sideways on me.... say hello to my little friend.
