... here is the game: you describe a menial job that you have done in your life by using hyper-overinflated descriptions and self-important titles. - the rest of us will try and guess what it translates to.

now that everyone understands the game, there is no need for the less than subtle personal attack to remain- lets play nice(r) people. Attack the argument, not the person. Cord.

I'll go first...with an example (answer provided):

"My incredible experience, that you people could only dream of: I was a natural consumption preparation specialist, with hours of logged time on-the-job mentorship in an aggressive real-time environment and position with high visability. "

actual job: I worked in the produce section of a large IGA food store chain when I was 16: I wrapped lettuce and stacked it in pyramids. The level of cognative ability required was somewhere between snow monkey and humming bird.

ok, go....

Great thread, Ed!

At one point, I was a broadcast information engineer for a large print-media company. The job included managing stock and delivery, customer interface (including advertising/marketing) and collections.

I was also an environmental abatement engineer for a large visual entertainment corporation. Responsibilities including managing solid and liquid waste and air quality. Other duties included civil gathering/dispersal mangement policies, and accounts payable.

See if you can guess what they really were.

Although I think the obvious personal attack that this thread is to be somewhat disputable, it sounds like it's gonna be so much fun I can't find it in me to deny myself the pleasure of jumping in... I'll see what I can come up with.

Cleaning the toilet in an MGM theatre?
In which case I'd assume the "air quality" responsibility to consist in planting some air-freshening devices?
Besides, working in a theatre can clearly involve some "civil gathering/dispersal management"...

I had the great opportunity to work for one of the largest oil manufacturing companies as a Petroleum Distribution Engineering. My work was very sought after and had people lining up for my expertise.

He he, looks like we're right up my alley!
I dare say I'm a bit of an authority in the claim-inflating trade, it's a personal forte of mine. My CV is full of those!
