Could you put up a restriction that all people who join the board must post their first post in something like the introduction thread or on a particular board before they have the right to go anywhere else? If possible, that could at least force the spammers to go to one place.

I went through the Registration Queue and pre-emptively declined a ton of accounts that were suspicious, or obvious spammers.
For instance, no one with the screen name "loxivqqrtkkjw" is getting on this board, and neither is "SexyTeenPorn".
