I hope someone can help me find a school in Tai chi or Kung fu in or around the Appleton area. I would like to learn a low jarring style to learn. Kung fu and Tai chi both seem to flow .

There are many styles of kung fu. Some flow better than others. It's best to visit a few schools in your area to see where you fit in best.

All genuinely traditional CMA flows.

Exactly right butterfly. That's one of the ways to tell a kung fu cowboy from the real deal.

There are so many qualifiers there that I have to disagree.

Not to mention that its a fallacy of confusing cause and effect. Just because many Chinese Martial Arts "flow" does not mean that "All" Chinese martial arts must flow. In short, just because it has flow it does not make it a chinese martial art. I mean if that were the case we would have to include chinese forms of dancing and modern wushu

I mean come on! "All" "genuinely traditional"... seems to me like there is room for discussion here. Not to mention the definition of flow.

Every art "flows", just not every student flows smoothly
