Bench Press- 150x10, 170x10, 185x7, 205x5
Incline Dumbell Press- 50x10, 60x9, 70x6, 50x5
Miliary Press- 70x10, 80x9, 95x6, 105x4
Skullcrushers- 80x7x6x5x5

Comments: Bench is still suffering and I have noticed my chest size has gone down. What am I doing wrong?!?!?

Squats- 205x10, 230x8, 280x5, 300x2(no spotter)
