Stayed home from school today because I was really sick. Vomited quite a lot and my whole body is just sore. Didn't eat much either. I'm thinking tomorrow won't be a good day but hopefully I'll feel better becuase I really want this new routine to stay constant.

It sounds like your immune system is at a low- probably a virus of some sort. You probably shouldnt train tomorrow even if you feel better- training temporarily lowers the immune system, so if you feel rough, or have been ill, hard training can cause a relapse or make things worse. Rest and recover, dont kick yourself when you are down.

Wednesday
Bench Press: 185x10, 195x8, 205x5, 215x3
Incline Dumbbell Press: 50x10, 60x9, 70x5, 80x3
Military Press- All I can say is form, gotta work on it.
Skullcrushers- 75x7x6x6x5

Comments- My bench press is dying. I guess I gotta lower the weight and work on form but it wasn't as easy as last week. Same with Military press I didn't even wright down the numbers because I'm not sure what they should have been. Everything else was fine though. My arms felt like they exploded with size.

It's most likely because you were sick. When you vomit and have the runs you're not going to be 100% right away. Don't take one day of bad numbers for your overall performance

Wednesday

Deadlift- 225x8, 275x8, 335x6, 415x2 (third one will be there next week )
Barbell Rows- 95x10, 115x10, 135x7, 185x5
Barbell Shrugs- 120x10, 150x10, 185x7, 225x5
Barbell Curls- 95x7x6x5x5

Comments: Rows were more diffuicult this week cause of the weight increase, shrugs are still shooting up, gotta find a challenging weight. Curls dont seem to be moving up but my overall bicep size seems to have increased, that's good! add weight next week !!
