Hi, I'm new to the site and new to MA altogether. I live in Lancaster, PA. I have met people and heard them talk Systema training here in my town. Unfortunately, now that I have decided to take up training I can not find out where it was that the training is held. Can anyone on this page, that's familiar with Lancaster, point me in the right direction? Thanks. -Ben

Go to Vladimir's site and look in the 'Other school's' section. If need be call Vladimir and ask him or his wife Valerie.

Best of luck,

Mark J.
Take care,

Mark J.

Mount Joy Fitness Center in MT Joy, Steve Bentz is the guy's name who teaches it there and he is the only one in Pa cerified to teach Systema last I checked. The classes are interesting. Been a while since i have been there but last I heard they were still teaching it there.

Thanks for all the responses. I am going to check Glockmeister's suggestion next week.
