This may be true, but if you spent the required training for taiji, then you attain an understanding of natural human body movement the translates into all areas of your life. posture may be key to martial arts, but it's also key to confidence, social interaction, present awareness, relaxation and alpha male behaviour to name a few. I've trained kung fu for 8 years, but it was only when I started taiji 3 years ago that I stopped performing techniques and started moving the way my body wanted me to.
