i see you guys are using tubing to add resistance (similar to these guys)
but with the tubing attached to an object i would classify it more as an exercise to work the hips, where as your set up seems to focus more on the extending power of the arms, so i was just wondering if you could go into more detail about the focus of what you guys are doing here.
