lol! i was going to ask if you were the same Efrain that trained with Novell! small world. i see you guys are using tubing to add resistance (similar to these guys) but with the tubing attached to an object i would classify it more as an exercise to work the hips, where as your set up seems to focus more on the extending power of the arms, so i was just wondering if you could go into more detail about the focus of what you guys are doing here.

i wish i was hooked up like that.
i know novell mostly from emptyFlower, but he also has trained a little bit with my Sifu (Master Sam F.S. Chin) so i know a little about novell and rudy curry through him.

i've been training ILC since summer of '01. i might call myself... "proficient" or maybe a "knowledgeable intermediate", but not advanced.
