Awesome. Fedor = amazing technician. Hong Man Choi is huge! He looked like he was in pretty good shape, too. But Fedor is simply on another level.

While Choi was not terribly skilled, he was freaking enormous.

Kudos to Fedor.

Good for Fedor. Would have liked to see him in Randy Couture fight.

Yeah that was sweet gojuwarrior is right he was almost fake looking he was so big. How can you stop a takedown (or falling) of someone that size. I would like to see Fedor start fighting some good fighters instead of just big guys.

Hong Man Choi is 7'2" and has had considerable success in K1 Kickboxing competition.

Interesting that whilst technical ability clearly negated the size issue here, that Tim Sylvia's skills are belittled, and his continued success is always put down to his size alone (6'10") by many on here.

If Hong man Choi or Tim Sylvia were 5' 10" neither one of them would be successful in the world of MMA.

its interesting that you bring up sylvia I saw an interview where he was discussing a possible fedor fight and he said
this at around 2:57-3:04 in the video if he says he'll beat fedor baecause "he's a tiny little s@*t" then i believe he looks at his size as a big part of his game. His skills are no where near as good as fedors or coutures. Size is a big factor.

Just got tickets for UFC 80!!!! cant wait!
Its not about how hard you hit, its about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward

Sylvia is too cautious usually and definitely no where near as good as Couture or Fedor skill wise but combined with size and strength, his skill level still makes him pretty good, but not quite the cream of the crop. He's not BAD with his skills I mean I just don't think that is logical to say having done what che's done to guys like Monson and Arlovski he's just not the best.
