I've been wearing glasses since I started university 3 years ago. It's annoying but you get used to it. You can buy special spray bottles with liquid for cleaning them but washing them with regular soap is supposedly good enough. I just give mine a wipe with a lint-free cotton cloth every so often.

Contact lenses are so much higher maintenance but I prefer wearing contacts in social situations because I look better without glasses on.

I can't wear contacts. I once tried to get the optician to put them in and I was writhing on the couch like I was at the dentist! Never did get them in!

Hey Trev, next time have him put them in your EYES! Sheesh! Of course you're going to squirm if he puts them there!
