I spoke to my friend, a krav studennt who sent me this link http://www.realitybasedtraining.co.uk/commando.html I found a few others that put me off a bit about Moni aizik and some of his claims not being true - anyone know more ?

IFSNI Stranger Registered: 10/28/08 Posts: 3	Guys my fighting systems experience was mainly in CKM until i swopped to UKM as i felt the UKM system better suited my needs and didnt have any of the outlandish claims CKM made to which alot of guys were dubious about. CKM as a system is still very good but unfortunately the head management is its let down.
