Hmmm judging from the nose, I'd say she's Japanese. So I would guess Japan. This is not to say all Japanese people have big schnozze's. It's just my guess. But some advice, hide your powdered drugs.

Not that doing drugs is a joke, I mean there is a war on drugs, and it certainly isn't funny to see anyone doing drugs. I personally have never done drugs, and i would never recommend it to anyone.

Hmm I was thinking that maybe she is from the artist's mind. A mixture of facial parts into the image he desires..Clothed the way he desires. Carrying what he desires... She looks east asian but it looks like its in the mediterranean sea area. Her clothing also look somewhat say...medeterraneanish? I gotta say your best bet is the artist him/herself.
