Danny, I notice that you are resting only 1 day in every 10. That is putting you at risk of overtraining, especially seeing as how you are eating remarkably little. Also, whilst you are obviously spending a lot of time in classes, your conditioning work is lacking. A bit of ab work and bag work in your own time is not going to help you increase your physical abilities, and is unecessary re-visiting of activity you have already got covered in class.
