I found this while looking for nutrion info on Amazon and it seems to have some good info in it but I wanted to know if anyone here had read it or had some exposure to it. If you can provide any input, please do.

I checked out the index and a short excert from the book and both are informative and well written. I may pick up a copy but was hoping to get a little insight first.

It's actually a pretty decent read. Lot's of good info. I don't know that any of it is groundbreaking or anything. You can find this info all over the place. But, it's not a bad book for a roadmap on MA nutrition, etc. I have it and didn't regret buying it. Up to you boss.

Sidenote, actually met the co-authors of this book. Pretty good guys.

Thanks for the feedback. Finding the right balance of nutrition to crap that I put in my body has always been a challenge for me. This might help.
