I'm looking for something on the different side. I'm looking for some martial arts that relies on the palms of your hands to attack. Could anyone possibly guide me to what im looking for?
Thanks,
~Riku

I'm confused.. I looked up Pancrase and it's not exactly what i'm looking for. I'm looking for more of a COMBAT fighting style, not wrestling.

Shootboxing uses open hand stuff. But really, ANY style can be adapted to open hand. No magic to it, really.

You just want to learn how to fight with your palms or would you like to add palm striking to your fighting arsenal?

Euphoria
Almost anything that can be done with closed fists can be done with palms.
As such, almost any system can be a "palm fighting style"--just open your hands.

Yeah,
Most styles have palm strikes in them at some point or another. In Hapkido, most of our advanced strikes use open palm instead of closed. I believe they come from Tae Kyon, which is a Korean style of almost soley palm strikes and intricate foot strikes. Lots of unique stuff there. But, I don't think you can easily find a Tae Kyon instructor anymore. At least, not one who teaches it exclusively; it's a pretty obscure and almost lost art.

I see, thanks alot!
Another thing I was interested in was "finger tip fighting"
I've tryed attacking with my fingertips, and it hurts sometimes with alot of contact. How could I train my fingers to be more... i can't think of a word.. stronger? More stable?
Haha,
