Does anyone know where you can find these forms? They teach them at my school, but I would like to find videos or diagrams that show the movements. This would help my friends & I greatly.

Wow, I'm impressed, somebody else that has actually heard of these forms lol. When I started Tae Kwon Do 5 years ago I searched forever and a day for some online videos of these forms and could never find them. I also have never come across anyone who has ever heard of them before until this very moment.

Are you looking for all of them or just one in paticular? While I don't have access to a video camera to tape myself doing them for you I'd be happy to answer any questions (up to Chong Bong 4).

That Youtube clip is Chong Bong 2. But it is 90% correct.

There are 10 forms. 1-7 are open handed, 8 is a Chinese broad sword, 9 is the staff and 10 is two small knives.

I know 1-8 and working on 9.

The forms have some kung-fu influance.

some of those moves resemble the techniques in my system's version of gae-baek. i saw a 9-block, and a backfist in female stance with the non-striking hand under the elbow. are these forms older/more traditional?

lol yes. i believe some call it an X stance. the name comes from a kung fu system that called it that.

Just wanted to make a correction.

The Chung Bong forms were invented by Master Jay Hyon who passed them on to many, including Master Ro.

And as far as I know, that form on utube is closest to Chung Bong 2.
