There are a couple of links here that make differnt tsuba. Have a look and see what you come up with. (swordstore.com is a good place to start but there's a few others that might have something. Like bugei or shadowofleaves, etc.)

Zhou Zhengwu is a very renowned Chinese swordsmith, his forge will make any sword/spear/knife you like and customize any part of it according to any picture you'll provide or design it themselves according to any guidelines you'll give. His crew make both Chinese and Japanese style weapons. I think they could make that tsuba you're looking for (on his site's forum you can see fittings for a special order of a customer who asked for a horse themed katana). He has a site in English: www.zheng-wu.com.
