Hey guys
I would like to know what stance would be good for a strong high front kick
Front kicks are one of my best and favorite kicks, because of its speed and strength

Thanx!

I'm not sure I change my stance at all for a front kick, I do them from a 'normal' fighting stance (whatever that is for you.) It's the high knee lift that gets the height on the kick, rather than the stance.

Yeah I like to use a fighting stance too. But if you are kicking with your front foot, a good stance can be a cat stance. It has barely any weight on it, and is bent so you can get it high kicker.
