Tuesday Class -partner stretching -step kicking, slow motion kicking (for muscle and balance) -front kick, roundhouse, side kick, hook kick, spinning back kick -same kicks on bag w/ partner -chinese stance excercise (hold each stance for 30 seconds) -2 man combat form -learned some new moves

Wednesday -workout -stretch -knuckle conditioning in between working out sets -bag work -step in side kick -back leg side kick -roundhouse -double roundhouse -combos -free bagwork (couple minutes) -young dragon -1st time: held each stance for 30 seconds -2nd time: held each stance for 20 seconds -3rd time: held each stance for 10 seconds -pretty much killed the thighs, because of the low twisted stance is so common in this form. -monk staff

Thursday -stretch -hand strikes -sections A,B,C,D,E,F -kick sections -4 (jumping kicks) -5 (jumping spinning kicks) -daily dozen self defenses (partners) -2 man combat form -learned new moves

Pretty much a form day. Just getting them in before testing.

Tuesday Class -stretch -team sprints (yay my team won) -winners had to do 50 pushups, 50 crunches, 50 jelly bellies -losers had to do 100 pushups, 100 crunches, 100 jelly bellies -3 groups (go 2 each group 1 time) -1st group: worked on any form slowly with good technique, holding a brick in both hands (got tiring) -2nd group: worked same form with power and a little more speed -3rd group: worked same form with speed -presented the form to class (everyone went) -2 man combat form -bull ring sparring- when your number is called you sparr the individual in the middle

Wednesday-Thursday
For some reason, my whole lower body has some sort of pain. My shins are killing me every time I take a step. My hamstrings and quads are extremely sore, I dont know why. So I am taking it easy, and lightly stretching. Waiting for it to heal before I work out.

I was thinking that could be what it is from. Sprinting in a parking lot for a pretty good distance isnt the best idea. However, I used to always run during football season, so I wouldnt expect it to be this bad.
