Lately I have been trying this approach to my training: -long time stretching (trying to achieve splits) -15 minutes strikes (sections hand strikes, combos, bagwork) -15 minutes kicks (pick 3 kicks and go over them on the bag or BOB) -30 minutes forms (usually 2)
-in between sets of working out I do my self defenses

-workout -stretch -self defenses solo -knuckle conditioning (vertical punch on wooden board) -250 each side -combo on bag -vertical punch high (block low), vertical punch low (block high) -up and down driveway
Didnt do any work on legs today, because I think I pulled something on my right leg. So I am giving it time to heal...
